Shipping Information

All costs are fully covered – you will not need to pay any additional customs duties, import taxes, or hidden fees. Everything is already included in the final price at checkout.

Every order is shipped securely and insured through DHL, and you will receive a personal tracking number so you can follow your shipment at any time.

We’re excited to provide free worldwide shipping on every order - no minimum purchase required. No matter if you’re ordering locally or overseas, you won’t encounter hidden costs or surprise fees at checkout.

Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. Within 2–3 days after placing your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. From the moment you receive this tracking number, the estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs procedures.

Please double-check your shipping details during checkout to prevent delays. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, please review our Return Conditions in the FAQ section on our website before submitting a return request.
Your football boots must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The return address will only be provided once your return request has been reviewed and approved.

If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled on the same day of purchase until 12:00 AM (midnight). After this deadline, cancellation is no longer possible, as the football boots are usually shipped the following day and the order will already be in processing.
This time limit is necessary because the football boots are usually prepared and shipped the next morning.
