Shipping Information

Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. Within 2–3 days after placing your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. From the moment you receive this tracking number, the estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs procedures.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled on the same day of purchase until 12:00 AM (midnight). After this deadline, cancellation is no longer possible, as the football boots are usually shipped the following day and the order will already be in processing.
This time limit is necessary because the football boots are usually prepared and shipped the next morning.

Exclusions:

If the size doesn’t fit but matches what you ordered, a return isn’t possible.

However, we’re happy to find another solution with you — such as a discount, store credit, or an alternative option.
